Davenport Tailgate Tour Multimedia

DAVENPORT, Iowa - Iowa State fans were abundant at the final leg of the first Cyclone Tailgate Tour in Davenport Thursday night. Over 500 fans, a record for the Quad Cities gathering, crammed into the River Center to meet the Cyclone coaches.

Iowa State men’s basketball coach Fred Hoiberg arrived from the Big 12 Coaches meetings in Dallas to join fellow Cyclone staff members Bill Fennelly (women’s basketball), Paul Rhoads (football), Kevin Jackson (wrestling), Andrew Tank (men’s golf) and Jamie Pollard (Director of Athletics).

Rhoads recognized a number of his players from the Quad Cities area who were in attendance at the event. Kyle Lichtenberg, Ethan Tuftee, Brett Bueker and Matt Morton made the special trip to interact with the Cyclone fans.
