2011 Signing Day Coverage

Iowa State head football coach Paul Rhoads wanted a balanced recruiting class for 2011. He wanted a recruiting class that was a reflection of the meticulous evaluation of prospective Iowa State student-athletes who were an ideal fit for the Cyclone football program. He got both in a class of 22 players who committed to Iowa State Wednesday by signing national letters of intent to attend Iowa State and wear the Cardinal and Gold.

"The most important element in recruiting is getting the best possible individuals for our football program," Rhoads said. "We had needs in several areas and have addressed those needs across the board."

The cyclones.com staff provided complete coverage of all the action throughout the signing day festivities. Visit links below for bios, highlight videos and comments from each coach regarding the 2011 recruiting class.
