A career-high 33 points by senior Jake Anderson and 19 points and six assists by senior Diante Garrett could not get the 12th-seeded Iowa State men's basketball team past fifth-seeded Colorado Wednesday in the Sprint Center during the first round of the Big 12 Championship. Monday, March 7: Postseason Honors, Notes and Mediacom to Televise Tuesday's Game
Metro Sports out of Kansas City and Mediacom Connections in Iowa announced Sunday night that they will carry Tuesday's Iowa State vs. Nebraska women's basketball game. Senior Kelsey Bolte, sophomore Chelsea Poppens and freshman Hallie Christofferson earned Big 12 conference postseason awards. Click here for more information.
