Iowa State to Face Kansas In Big 12 Championships
AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State tennis team will get a chance to redeem itself when it faces Kansas again Thursday at the Big 12 Championships. The Cyclones lost a hard fought, 4-3, decision to the Jayhawks Sunday. First serve is scheduled for 10 a.m.
Iowa State (8-13, 1-8 Big 12) finished the season in ninth place in the Big 12, while Kansas (10-9, 2-7 Big 12) landed in the eighth spot when the season wrapped up.
The tournament will be played at the Headington Family Tennis Center on the University of Oklahoma campus. The winner of the dual will play Friday against No. 1 seed Baylor at 9 a.m.
