Goldstein Earns National Team Of The Week Honor

AMES, Iowa - Iowa State junior midfielder Emily Goldstein was named to the TopDrawerSoccer.com National Team of the Week on Monday.

The Orange County, Calif., native played a large role in the Cyclones getting off to a 2-0 start.  Goldstein scored a goal and tallied an assist in Iowa State's 4-0 win at Nebraska-Omaha on Friday.  She followed up her impressive season debut with a sudden-victory goal in the first overtime period on Sunday, giving Iowa State a 1-0 win at Creighton.

Goldstein totaled two goals and one assist for five points in the Cyclones' opening weekend of the campaign.
