ISU Faces No. 13 OSU on Senior Night

AMES, Iowa - Iowa State (19-10, 9-7) will play host to No. 13 Oklahoma State (22-6, 12-4) on Wednesday in the final home game for six Cyclone seniors: Chris Babb, Anthony Booker, Will Clyburn, Korie Lucious, Austin McBeth and Tyrus McGee.

-ISU has won 10 of its last 14 Senior Day games. All six Iowa State seniors started their respective careers at different schools and only one (McBeth) played longer than two years at ISU. ISU is 31-3 in Hilton Coliseum during the two-year run of this senior class.

-ISU is aiming for its second consecutive 10-win league season for just the second time in school history: 2000 (14), 2001 (13); 2012 (12), 2013 (9).

-Iowa State is the nation's leader in 3-pointers per game (9.9) and total 3-pointers made (288). ISU has made 10 or more 3-pointers in eight-straight games, averaging 12.3 treys and shooting 40.0 pct. (98-245 3FG) in that span.

-ISU, which has six players with 20 or more 3-pointers;  Tyrus McGee (85), Chris Babb (55), Korie Lucious (54), Will Clyburn (33), Georges Niang (28), Melvin Ejim (21), needs six 3-pointers to break the school record for 3-pointers made in a season (293) set last season.

-The Big 12 record for 3-pointers made per game in a season is 9.5 (2002- Nebraska).

-Iowa State leads the Big 12 and ranks fourth nationally in scoring at 79.7. ISU has scored 70 points or more in 86.2 pct. of its games, the highest pct. in the nation.

-ISU is one of three teams nationally with five players averaging double figures in scoring (Missouri, N.C. State).
