ISU Classic

When: Feb. 11-13, 2010

Meet Description: The meet is open to Division I teams and it is also open to individual competitors who meet the minimum performance requirement for their event. Those individual competitors who are interested in gaining acceptance into the meet should email Travis Hartke at thartke@iastate.edu. Those who do not gain acceptance will be scratched
Entry Limitations:
Heptathlon/Pentathlon Entries: The heptathlon and pentathlon start on Thursday, Feb. 11. If you are interested in participating, email Travis Hartke at thartke@iastate.edu. Limited spots are available so please contact with entries by Feb. 8, 2010. Not all entries will be accepted once the maximum number of competitors is reached.
Entry Limitations: These are the minimum measuring distances and starting heights in the throws and jumps:

MEN

Shot Put: 49’6” (15.09) Weight: 53’ (16.15m) Triple Jump: 46’ (14.02m)
Long Jump: 22’6” (6.85m) High Jump: 6’5.5” (1.97m) Pole Vault: 15’1” (4.60m)


WOMEN

Shot Put: 40’ (12.19m) Weight: 48’ (14.63m) Triple Jump: 37’ (11.28m)
Long Jump: 17’ (5.18m) High Jump: 5’3” (1.61m) Pole Vault: 10’8” (3.25m)

Entry Fee Information: $20 per individual and relay with a maximum of $400 per team. Men’s and women’s teams are separate. Unattached athletes must pay separate from your team.
Entries Open: Monday, Jan. 25
Entries Close: Monday, Feb. 8 at 6 p.m.

Big 12 Indoor Championships

When: February 26-27, 2010

NCAA Qualifier

When: March 6, 2010

The primary purpose of this meet is to provide athletes with the opportunity to qualify for the National Championships. Please keep this in mind when deciding who to enter. In field events nothing will be measured under the Division III provisional standards. Starting heights for the HJ / PV will be set to give the athletes the best opportunity to reach qualifying heights for Division I & III. The top heats in most events from 800 and up will feature rabbits pacing the first portion of the race.

Entry Limitations: Entries are unlimited.
Entry Fee Information: $20 per athlete per individual event plus $30 per relay team. Maximum of $400 per team. Men’s and women’s teams are separate.
Entries Open: Monday, Febrary 15th
Entries Close: Monday, March 1st at 6:00 p.m.

High School Classic

When: (Girls) March 15, 2010 | (Boys) March 16, 2010
Where: Lied Recreation Center
Meet Information: Girls | Boys
Schedule: Boys/Girls
Register Online: Girls | Boys

Entry Limitations: You may enter one (1) team in each relay, three (3) entries in the 60 meter dash and 60 hurdles, and two (2) entries in all other events. Use outdoor event performances for entries. Anyone entered with no time or distance will be seeded into the slowest heat or flight. You may also enter a “B” team in only the 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 relays. Do not enter times on them. All the B teams will be seeded together.
Entry Fee Information: $10 per athlete and $15 per relay, with a maximum of $125 per team.
Entries Open: March 2
Entries Close: March 14 at 12:00 p.m.
