Access To Jack Trice Stadium
All gates will open 90 minutes prior to game time. Patrons are encouraged to enter the stadium early to avoid missing
the action. Management reserves the right to eject, and revoke tickets to future events without refund, for persons who violate any of the terms of the license (refer to back of ticket) or any state, local, or federal laws.Violators are subject to immediate arrest, prosecution, and permanent revocation of this license.
Courtesy Carts
Courtesy cart service will be available inside Jack Trice Stadium at Gates 1, 3 and 5, beginning 90 minutes before kick off until 10 minutes into the first quarter. Service resumes mid way through the fourth quarter. Courtesy cart service is not available outside the stadium. Courtesy carts will not run on the concourse during peak times.
Cyclone Experience
Located North of Lot S-8, this family friendly environment includes inflatable attractions for kids, Cy, the spirit squad and concessions.

Do you have a problem in your seating area? Call the customer service hotline to have a member of the event
staff come to your aid. Please note the stadium section, row and seat number(s) of the disruption. Operation hours
for the hotline are from gates opening to 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
Field Access
The Athletics Department asks that all patrons without proper credentials refrain from entering the field level at any time. Violators will be subject to arrest and prosecution.
First Aid
An ambulance is parked by the first aid headquarters on the west side of the stadium. If you are in need of first aid, please see the nearest usher for assistance.
First aid locations inside the stadium are:
- West Side - outside Section 14 at the south end of the concourse
- East Side - outside Section 30 at north end of the concourse
Guest Services
Patrons in need of assistance can go to the guest services location on either concourse. Locations are below Section
B on the west concourse, and below Section L on the east concourse. Patrons may also request assistance by calling the in-stadium customer service hotline.
Lost & Found
Lost and found is located at the Guest Services locations on the East and West concourse. Items lost or found can either be turned in at these locations or reported to an usher. All lost and found items will be held in the event management office (515-294-5822) until the end of the season. All unclaimed items will be discarded.
Lost Children
Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest police officer or event staff member.That person will then contact the proper personnel to insure the quickest remedy to the situation. If the child knows his/her
seat location, the child will be returned to that location.
Parking
Medical Accessible Parking
Parking Lot S2, south of Gate 3, is available to fans with a medical accessible parking permit issued by the State of Iowa DOT on a fi rst-come, first-serve basis. Recreational vehicles and buses will not be admitted to lot S2.
Cars
All paved and grass parking located north and east of Jack Trice Stadium is reserved for Cyclone Club members. For weekend games, Cyclone Club lots will open at 7:00 a.m. or 6 hours prior to kickoff, whichever is earlier.
General public parking is located in the grass areas south of Jack Trice Stadium along South 16th Street. Limited
parking is located around Hilton Coliseum. All general public parking lots open 6 hours prior to kickoff.
Recreational Vehicles
Cyclone Club members issued an RV permit will park in either D2, D3, D4 or S8. Permit holders may gain access to their assigned lot from 5:00p.m. to Midnight the night before a game, or when the lots open on game day. General public bringing recreational vehicles the night before football game days will be directed to park at the ISU Veterinary Medicine College (Lot 93) off of South 16th Street. Cost is $40
Charter Buses
Charter bus parking is available at a fee of $50 per bus. Hilton parking lots C1 and C2 are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please contact Brian Honnold at bhonnold@iastate.edu to make arrangements in advance.

Restricted Items
All bags, backpacks, video cameras, large cases, fanny packs and purses (larger than 10" by 10") are prohibited and banned from the interior of the stadium.
Only those items required for medical, family or child care needs, one 20 oz. unopened bottle of water will be allowed per person. All carried items and entrants are subject to search.
Prohibited items must be returned to the owner’s car or discarded. Any unlawful items are subject to confiscation, and the person in possession of such items is subject to arrest.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Alcoholic Beverages
- Artificial noisemakers
- Backpacks, fanny packs, large purses (larger than 10" by 10")
- Cameras (a lens less than 6 inches is permissible in the stadium)
- Chairbacks or stadium seats (cushions are allowed)
- Coolers or containers
- Beach balls
- Food and beverages
- Pets (with the exception of service animals used by disabled guests)
- Strollers
- Toilet tissue
- Umbrellas
- Video cameras
- Weapons
Re-Entry Policy
Patrons must have their tickets scanned out upon exit of the stadium in order to re-enter. The ticket then will be scanned upon re-entry in to the stadium. Re-entry will be allowed only at Gates 2 and 4. Re-entry will not be allowed before kickoff or after the start of the 4th quarter.
Shuttles
Shuttle trolleys pulled by tractors will provide ground transportation around the stadium complex starting three hours prior to the game.
City of Ames Shuttles
Buses will run from designated points around the city of Ames.
Smoking Policy
In accordance with the State of Iowa Smoke Free Air Act, there will be no smoking in Jack Trice Stadium.
Special Seating Requirements
Reserved ADA seating is located in Sections1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, 16, 17-21, 18-32, AA-EE for spectators in need of seating assistance. Please notify the Athletics Ticket Office prior to game day to obtain disabled seating.
Stadium Rules
Unauthorized solicitation, inside or outside the stadium, is prohibited. Throwing objects onto the playing field is prohibited and punishable by state and local law. Violators are subject to immediate arrest, prosecution, and revocation of tickets. All signs, banners, placards and leafletsare prohibitedinside the stadium unless authorized in advance by the Athletics Department.
Tailgating Policies
Please remember the following policies when tailgating:
- Limit your tailgating to your ONE parking space – ONE parking space per pass will be strictly enforced
- Tents can be no larger than 10' x 10’
- DO NOT block the path for other vehicles to park or to access the lots and parking stalls
- No glass bottles, kegs or open fires are allowed in parking lots
- Remember to clean up your area and dispose of trash before departing
- Please be considerate and respectful of others
PLEASE NOTE: If any of these tailgating and/or parking policies are abused, the Iowa State Athletics Department reserves the right to revoke parking privileges for future games and future seasons.
Ticket Information
The "Will-Call" window for the general public is located at the Athletics Ticket Office, north of Gate 5 on the west side of the Olsen Building. Single-game tickets may also be purchased at one of the ticket booths located on the north or south side of Jack Trice Stadium. All tickets are based on availability. Group tickets are not available the day of the game. The ticket office will open 6 hours prior to kickoff or 8 a.m., whichever comes first and remain open through the game.
