It is impermissible, per NCAA rules, for the Iowa State Athletics Department to provide donations to high schools or any organization, which benefits students in grades 9-12. 

For charitable donation requests: Submit a completed “Request for Donation” form to Megan Rodenburg, Guest Services, Iowa State University Athletics. Completion of the form does not guarantee fulfillment.

Tickets – if a request is approved (you will receive a confirmation email), you will receive a redeemable certificate or actual tickets directly from the ticket office.

Autographed memorabilia – if a request is approved (you will receive a confirmation email), you will be directed to where items should be dropped off and picked up. Your event / organization must provide the memorabilia for a coach’s autograph and deliver it to the respective sport’s office along with the approval form. Phone numbers for the sports follow:

Request for student-athlete autographs – on posters or any other items – will not be honored. Due to time commitments as well as the difficulty in monitoring NCAA rules regarding this topic, we cannot process requests for student-athlete autographs.

Iowa State does hold an annual Cyclone FanFest (August), its state-wide Tailgate Tour (May-June) and several sport-specific autograph sessions during the playing season when student-athletes are available for autographs.
