Bill and Judy Hoefle Named Cy's Favorite Alum
Long-time supporters of
Bill, a small animal orthopedic surgeon, has been a faculty member at the small animal teaching hospital in ISU’s
Bill & Judy have been loyal season ticket holders of ISU football and men’s basketball for 38 years and women’s basketball for the past several years. They are also members of the National Cyclone Club, the annual-giving program for Iowa State Athletics. Bill has served as a faculty representative to the ISU Athletics Council, served two terms on the Ames/Story County Cyclone Club Board of Directors and currently serves on the National Cyclone Club Advisory Board.
In addition to their support for athletics, Bill and Judy also take extreme pride in the university and their community. Judy has served as an advisor for the Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Medical Association Auxiliary. They are members of the Order of the Knoll and Bill was recently selected to the Board of Governors of the ISU Foundation. He was a long-time member of the ISU Alumni Association Board of Directors and served as president of the Iowa Veterinary Medical Association. Both are active in the community including serving on boards in their church.
