AMES, Iowa – Iowa State’s track and field teams travel to Austin, Texas for the NCAA West Regional, beginning on Thursday and continuing over the next two days. The event will determine qualifiers for the NCAA Championships June 6-9 at Drake Stadium in Des Moines.
The Cyclones will be most well-represented in the women’s 400-meter hurdles, with four members taking part in the event. Junior Ese Okoro will be one of the competitors for Iowa State, seeded in 12th position with her personal best of 57.61 at the Drake Relays last month.
