As a four-year starter for the Iowa State women's volleyball team from 1992-95, Steph McCannon helped lead the Cyclones to their first-ever NCAA Volleyball Championship appearance. A native of West Point, Iowa, McCannon was a multiple all-conference performer and ended her career as the Big Eight all-time leader in digs and was among the top-20 in the NCAA in career digs.
