Dear Cyclone fans,

Earlier this summer, we shared with you several changes that
are being implemented to meet the continued f inancial needs
for our athletics program. This brochure summarizes those
changes, as well as provides information on how to secure
football tickets in the new End Zone Club (which opens in 2015)
at Jack Trice Stadium.

We are very sensitive to the impact of these changes, but we
also recognize how much our athletics program has improved
since we implemented similar priority seating and parking
changes back in 2008.

Since those changes were implemented in 2008, our athletics
department has:

- Recorded its highest ever student-athlete graduation rate and GPA;

- Had 114 student-athletes earn All-America status;

- Won six Big 12 Championships;

- Significantly improved its overall competitiveness
(moving from 73rd to 38th in the Learfield Sports Directors' Cup Standings);

- Invested over $150 million in facility improvements;

- Retained several of our most successful coaches by signing them to long-term contracts;

- Set numerous ticket sales and attendance records;

- Increased our annual budget by more than $25 million (while also eliminating our reliance on taxpayer funding);

All of these wonderful accomplishments, and many more, could not have been achieved
without your generous and continued support of our athletics program.

As we look to the future, we hope you agree there has never been a better time to be a
Cyclone.

Go Cyclones!
