2014-15 (Senior)
Capped one of the most accomplished careers in Iowa State swimming and diving history … ended her run in the Cardinal and Gold with 101 career event wins, eight All-Big 12 honors, two school records (50 freestyle and 200 freestyle relay), four ISU Most Valuable Swimmer awards and 21 times on the Iowa State all-time top-performers lists … beat the field for the 100th time as a Cyclone on Feb. 6, 2015 in the 50 freestyle in a time of 0:23.68 against Kansas … reached the medal stand six times at the 2015 Big 12 Championships in the 200 medley relay (second, 1:41.26), 200 freestyle relay (second, 1:32.05), 400 medley relay (third, 3:43.24), 400 freestyle relay (third, 3:23.96), 100 butterfly (sixth, 0:55.47) and 50 freestyle (seventh, 0:23.24) … part of the 200 freestyle relay team that broke the school record at the conference championship meet in a time of 1:32.05 … became the second four-time ISU Most Valuable Swimmer in program history (Petra Plaminkova) … tallied 27 first-place finishes and 48 top-three performances on the season, only finishes outside the top-three twice on the season leading up to the Big 12 Championships … clocked five times on Iowa State’s all-time top-performers lists on the season in the 400 medley relay, 200 freestyle relay, 200 medley relay (2) and 400 freestyle relay, moving her career total to 21 … led the team in the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 100 butterfly, 200 freestyle relay, 200 medley relay, 400 medley relay and 400 freestyle relay.

2013-14 (Junior)
Continued her standout career with 30 event wins on the season en route to being named ISU’s Most Valuable Swimmer for the third-straight year … competed in the 200 medley relay (4th, 1:41.41), 50 freestyle (3rd, 22.78), 400 medley relay (3rd, 3:41.81), 100 butterfly (6th, 54.58), 200 freestyle relay (2nd, 1:32.12), 100 freestyle (5th, 50.33), 400 freestyle relay (4th, 3.23.62) at the Big 12 Championships … notched seven top-five times on this season’s top ISU performers list including the 50 freestyle (Big 12s, 22.67), 100 freestyle (Big 12s, 50.01), 200 medley relay (Iowa, 1:41.40), and 100 butterfly (Big 12s, 54.42) for the Cyclone squad…earned six all-time top performances including 50 freestyle (1st, 22.67), 100 freestyle (2nd, 50.01), and 100 butterfly (3rd,54.42)…recorded 48 top-five performances (21 individual and 27 relay).

2012-13 (Sophomore)
Competed in the 200 medley relay (third, 1:40.84), 100 freestyle (15th, 52.14), 400 free relay (fifth, 3:24.28), 200 free relay (third, 1:32.88), 100 butterfly (16th, 59.62), 50 free (sixth, 22.90) and 400 medley relay (third, 3:42.92) at the Big 12 Championships…broke the ARC Pool Record at Illinois in the 50 freestyle with a time of 23.51…earned eight first-place finishes in the 50 free…two first place finishes in the 100 butterfly…finished second in the 100 free against Minnesota…sits first in the 50 free and 100 butterfly and sits second on the team in the 100 free…member of the Cyclones top 200 and 400 medley relay and 200 and 400 free relay squads.

2011-12 (Freshman)
Compiled one of the best seasons in school history for an Iowa State freshman … competed in the 200 medley relay (fifth, 1:42.82), 200 free relay (fifth, 1:33.66), 50 free (seventh, 22.78), 400 medley relay (fifth, 3:46.22), 100 fly (16th, 57.97), 100 free (15th, 51.80) and 400 free relay (fifth, 3:29.06) at the Big 12 Championships … set school record in the 50 free during prelims of the Big 12 Championships … finals time of 22.89 was second-fastest time in school history … both times were under the NCAA 'B' cut time ... swam the 50 free in under 24 seconds 11 times … after one season, holds six of the top-15 times in school history … tied for team lead with 22 event wins on the season (10 individual, 12 relay)… won the 50 free in all eight dual meets, plus the TYR Invitational … 50 free time of 23.06 against Iowa broke Beyer Pool record … previous record, held by Tammy Thomas of Kansas, was on the board since 1982 … was member of eight winning 200 medley relay squads during the dual meet portion of the schedule … won the 100 free at South Dakota State… member of winning 200 free relay squads against Northern Iowa and Kansas … led off winning 400 free relay squads against South Dakota State and Nebraska-Omaha … finished second in the 50 fly at TYR Invitational … finished season with 33 top-three finishes … led Iowa State in the 50 and 100 free and was a member of Iowa State’s fastest 200 and 400 medley relay teams and 200 and 400 free relay teams … also ranked third in the 100 fly.

High School
Swam at Monticello High School for coaches Tom Cannon and Kristin Otterson … 2010 state champion in the 50 free and as member of 200 medley relay squad, both setting Minnesota Class A records in the process … also took third in the 100 free and second as member of 400 free relay team … helped lead the Magic to the 2010 Class A True Team State Championship, winning the 50 free and 100 free as well as being a member of the title-winning 200 medley and 400 free relay squads … 2009 MSHL Class A State Champion in the 50 free in a state record time (23.37) … helped the Magic to a team finish of third place … finished third in the 400 free relay, fourth in the 100 free and fifth in the 200 medley relay at the 2009 state championships … finished second in the 200 medley relay, second in the 200 free relay, fourth in the 50 free and sixth in the 100 free at 2008 MSHL State Championships … Magic finished second in team standings … finished fifth as member of 200 free relay team as a freshman at state championships … swam for Monticello Swim Club for coach Kristin Otterson … National Honors Society member.
