No. 24 Iowa State Set For Salt Lake City Regional

AMES, Iowa - The No. 24 Iowa State gymnastics begins its first leg of the NCAA Championships Saturday at the Salt Lake Regional being held in the John M. Huntsman Center. The Cyclones will face No. 5 Nebraska, No. 8 Utah, No. 17 Minnesota, San Jose State and Arizona State at the event that is slated to begin at 7 p.m. CDT. Iowa State will need to place in the top two at the competition to advance to the April 20-22 NCAA Championships. In addition to the top two teams moving on, the individual event winners and the two highest-scoring all-around competitors not from an advancing squad will earn a trip to the NCAA Championships.
