I am proud to be a Cyclone!  As the head  coach of the Iowa State gymnastics team, I am reminded daily of the tremendous opportunity that ISU is providing my gymnasts.  A world-class education, a great gymnastics training facility, some of the highest quality coaching in the NCAA and incredible fan support are just a few of the reasons to be proud of this program.

We compete in the Big 12 Conference, which is considered one of the top conferences in country every year. Also, our gymnasts benefit from one of the best meet environments in the country. We have some of the top fans in the country, and it has shown by us having over 7,500 fans at a meet since I have been at Iowa State.

I ask my gymnasts to be the best they can be in the classroom and in the gym.  We have the benefit of an exemplary academic support staff and facility which is housed in one of the newest buildings on campus.  As a result, we have the highest team grade-point average on campus.  We have also won a pair of Big 12 championships, made 16 straight NCAA Regional appearances, three NCAA national championship appearances and a Super Six appearance.  Cyclone gymnasts are true scholar-athletes.
