Cyclones in Sixth Place at Central District Invite

PARRISH, Fla. - The No. 25 Iowa State women's golf team is in sixth place after the first two rounds of the Central District Invitational. The Cyclones fired a 299 in the first round and a 306 in the second round for a 605 total. No. 13 Vanderbilt is in first place (588) and No. 17 Michigan State is in second (590).

Six of the 12 teams are ranked in the nation's top 45 according to Golfstat.

Junior Sasikarn On-iam is tied for sixth after posting a 73 and 74 in the first two rounds (147). Junior Prima Thammaraks is tied for 18th at 151.

The tournament will conclude tomorrow with 18 holes.
