Quoting Christy Johnson-Lynch
“I am really proud of the way we played. I don’t know if the score really reflects that, sometimes you play like it was a four or five-gamer. We have been looking for that hard-working identity that Iowa State has been known for. For the first time all season, we found that. Now we have to maintain that kind of effort throughout the rest of the season.”
