Volleyball to Host NCAA Selection Show Watch Party

AMES, Iowa – This coming Sunday is “Selection Sunday” for the Iowa State volleyball team, and the team invites their fans to join them to watch the 2013 NCAA Volleyball Championship Selection Show on ESPNU at 8:30 p.m.

The Cyclones will be watching the selection show in Heartland Hall, on the West side of the Jacobson Building. Doors will open at 8 p.m., and fans can park in the Jacobson Building parking lots on the East side of the building.

Iowa State will be finding out their destination and opponents for their eighth-straight NCAA Championship appearance. In the previous six seasons, Iowa State has made it to the Regional Semifinals five times.

The No. 25 Cyclones still have two matches left in its regular season, beginning tomorrow against No. 1 Texas in Hilton Coliseum at 6:30 p.m. The match will also serve as Senior Night, honoring Kristen Hahn and Tenisha Matlock. Iowa State will be on the road this coming Saturday at Kansas State for a 7 p.m. match.
