This marks the sixth-consecutive season Iowa State has had at least two players make the All-Region squad. Hahn becomes the sixth player in school history to make at least two All-Region teams, joining Victoria Henson, Alison Landwehr, Kaylee Manns, Ashley Mass and Jamie Straube. Counting honorable mentions, Hahn joins Henson, Mass and Strabue as the only Cyclones to garner three All-Region awards in their careers.
Hahn adds yet another award to her growing list of accomplishments at Iowa State. The three-time Big 12 Libero of the Year and two-time unanimous All-Big 12 selection, Hahn led the Big 12 for all but one week of the season in digs per set, finishing the season at 5.72 digs per set. Going into the NCAA Championship, Hahn was ranked third in the country in digs per set. Hahn was the first libero in conference history to be a unanimous All-Big 12 First Team selection twice. She holds the school record for most consecutive matches with at least 10 digs (67), most career matches with 20 digs (49) and most career matches with 30 digs (eight).
Bigbee was one of the most consistent hitters in the Big 12 this season which helped her garner the third-most votes among outside hitters/right side hitters in the region. Bigbee finished with 324 kills at 3.20 kills per set. In adjusting to her role as an all-rotations player, Bigbee finished the season with 136 digs at 1.35 digs per set.
