The Iowa State Tailgate Tour contingent made an important stop on its way to Cedar Rapids with a visit to Camp Courageous in Monticello on Tuesday.  Camp Courageous is a non-profit, year-around respite care and recreational facility for individuals of all ages with disabilities. The camp was established in 1972 and its first 211 campers started in 1974.
