Cyclone game ball goes to…
Maddie Jobe. The senior goalkeeper made incredible save after incredible save. Early in the second half a Baylor player fired a shot that looked to be sailing towards the top of the Cyclone goal. Jobe was able to leap up and get a hand on the ball sending it safely back towards midfield. Jobe was faced with a one-on-one situation later in the second half that required excellent hand-eye coordination. The Baylor player fired a shot right at Jobe from 10 yards away, but Jobe displayed good hands to make the stop. Jobe’s play helped keep Iowa State in the match.
