AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State gymnastics team (4-8 overall, 1-1 Big 12) took down Iowa (1-9) on Senior Night in Hilton Coliseum by a score of 195.925-192.775 on Friday. It was the Cyclones’ second-highest score of the season.

With the win, six Cyclone seniors, Henrietta Green, Milan Ivory, Hailey Johnson, Megan McDonald, Camille Santerre-Gervais and Michelle Shealy, made certain that it would be a Cyclone state again this year. Iowa State clinched the Iowa Corn Cy-Hawk Series trophy with the gymnast’s victory. The two points earned by the gymnastics team pushes Iowa State’s lead to 13-10 with only softball left to be played.
