Started the season coming off the bench but made the most of his opportunities ... led the team with four pass breakups and made a sack ... was a force against Iowa, including a huge fourth-quarter stop on third-and-1 to kill a Hawkeye drive ... finished the season with 43 tackles ... made a career-high seven stops at Toledo and in the win over Colorado.

2004-2006
Redshirted initial collegiate season (2004) ... named MVP of the offensive scout team ... earned scout team MVP honors in three games [Miami (Ohio), Missouri, Kansas State] ... switched to defensive back in 2005 spring drills ... played mostly on special teams in 2005 ... missed a pair of games with hand injury ... broke up a pass ... in 2006, made three tackles and saw action on special teams.
