GAME DAY TRAFFIC ATTENDANT Traffic attendants are responsible for directing traffic and controlling lot access, serve as parking lot security, and provide guests with accurate information during home football games. Employees are also able to work other events throughout the year, including basketball season.
Strong customer services skills are a must. Candidates should be willing to work in various weather conditions and must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Must be available to work home football game days (see list below). Shifts are available before, during, and after games - majority of workers are needed after the game has ended to direct egress traffic. If you work the shift at the end of the game, you are given a wristband to get in to the game for free but must report for work at the appropriate time regardless of the game's status.
Mandatory training session for all traffic attendants is scheduled for Wednesday, August 28th at 5:30pm.

GAME DAY CUSTODIAL ASSISTANT Student custodial assistants are needed on Iowa State football game days. Individuals report to work prior to the start of each football game and work until the conclusion of games. Some shifts are available after the game as well. Crew members will work in teams and are responsible for monitoring trash levels, ensuring restrooms are stocked, and other duties as assigned.
Must be available to work a majority of home football games (Aug. 31, Sept. 14, Oct. 3, Oct. 26, Nov. 9, Nov. 23). Ability to stand for periods of time. Willing to work in all weather conditions. Able to lift, bend, reach, pull, push. Willing to be flexible and take direction.
GUEST SERVICES EVENT STAFF Event staff responsibilities include: scanning tickets, assisting guests as they find their seats, providing directions in the arena, and serving as a customer service representative at all events
